Job Requirements
- must have proven cooking experience
- have experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- be willing to work weekends and holidays
- be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Duties
- assist the Chef with culinary tasks
- prepare meals in a high-volume kitchen setting
- maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- ensure sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen
- contribute to resident and guest satisfaction through excellent food presentation
- comply with health and safety regulations
- manage food inventory and kitchen supplies as needed
