Job Requirements

  • must have proven cooking experience
  • have experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
  • maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist the Chef with culinary tasks
  • prepare meals in a high-volume kitchen setting
  • maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • ensure sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • contribute to resident and guest satisfaction through excellent food presentation
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • manage food inventory and kitchen supplies as needed
