Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of cooking or dining service production preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work 16 hours bi-weekly including occasional weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit

Job Duties

  • Assist in prioritizing work assignments
  • Prepare and serve food
  • Ensure food is presented in attractive manner
  • Follow all guidelines and procedures when handling, preparing, serving and storing food
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of work area
  • Promote culture of safety
  • Maintain food inventory and supplies
