Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of cooking or dining service production preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work 16 hours bi-weekly including occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit

Job Duties
- Assist in prioritizing work assignments
- Prepare and serve food
- Ensure food is presented in attractive manner
- Follow all guidelines and procedures when handling, preparing, serving and storing food
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Promote culture of safety
- Maintain food inventory and supplies
