Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 40 pounds
- valid Arizona Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

- solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and safety standards
- ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and stay organized in a high-volume kitchen
- must be able to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs
- current Arizona Food Handler's Card required or ability to obtain
- dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations
- maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking as needed
- ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods
- communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- assist with daily kitchen cleaning tasks, deep cleaning, and closing procedures
- support kitchen team with banquet and event prep as needed
- report low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors
