Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 40 pounds
  • valid Arizona Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and safety standards
  • ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and stay organized in a high-volume kitchen
  • must be able to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs
  • current Arizona Food Handler's Card required or ability to obtain
  • dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
  • assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking as needed
  • ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods
  • communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • assist with daily kitchen cleaning tasks, deep cleaning, and closing procedures
  • support kitchen team with banquet and event prep as needed
  • report low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors
