Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience at upscale fine-dining establishments
- Food handler's card is required
- Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods and demonstrate good judgment when cleaning and organizing kitchen
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances
- Standing for long periods of time and ability to work in environment with varying temperatures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Follow direction from the head chef and sous chefs
