Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • culinary training or certification is a plus
  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
  • knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • state food handler certificate required
  • availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • ensure all dishes are made to order and meet presentation guidelines
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • ensure all ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored
  • monitor food quality and freshness
  • ensure that all dishes are prepared to the correct temperature and meet the standards
  • work closely with other kitchen cast members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
