Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures

Job Duties

- Participate in culinary training and development programs
