Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
