Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- ability to work early morning, mid-day, or evening shifts
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- reliable and dependable work ethic

Job Duties
- Prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market including sit-down, catering, and retail a la carte prepared food sales
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- clean up station and take care of leftover food
- stock inventory appropriately
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
