Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in similar culinary positions preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle high-volume food preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure timely execution of dishes during high-volume service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
