- Prior experience in similar culinary positions preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure timely execution of dishes during high-volume service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
