Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment

- culinary training or certification is a plus
- strong knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- comply with health and safety regulations and food sanitation standards
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- support the training and development of junior kitchen staff
- assist with menu development and daily specials
