Job Duties

  • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections and weekly Pool Kitchen specials
  • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare menu items and specials
  • Cross-trains on all Pool Kitchen stations including pantry, grill, flat top, pizza, and prep
  • Labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves to keep them organized and easily accessible
  • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler daily
  • Performs utility duties when utility staff is not scheduled
  • Conducts self in a professional manner in open kitchen environment
