Job Duties
- Maintain and set up food production for various kitchen stations
- Ensure quality control of meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and other food items
- Prepare dishes according to proper specifications in a timely and consistent manner
- Uphold plating and presentation standards
- Follow safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in food preparation as needed
