Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a cook or chef
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow established recipes and procedures
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- availability to work scheduled shifts
- residency within the state of Texas

Job Duties
- Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards
- showcase flair for plating and presentation
- maintain temperature charts and food safety records
- adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
- notify the Chef of inventory needs
- assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas
- ensure first-in, first-out food rotation system
- assist Chef Manager and Food and Beverage Director with kitchen efficiency and staff training
- follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and meet regulatory requirements
