Job Requirements

  • One year related experience and/or training as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, health care facility or similar institution

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with culinary team to prepare dishes utilizing different cooking techniques as per standardized recipes
  • Maintains a clean and organized area throughout the shift
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to execute test recipes
  • Prepares three daily meals according to established policies and schedules
  • Ensures sanitary handling and preparation of food
  • Cares for and cleans kitchen equipment
