Job Requirements
- must be at least 17 years old
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks
- willingness to learn and follow company food preparation procedures
- ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or line cook experience is advantageous but not required
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, broiling, and frying
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- prepare and cook various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads according to established recipes and standards
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to maintain a worry-free dining experience for guests
- cut and sauté ingredients efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- operate kitchen equipment such as broilers and fryers safely and effectively
- maintain kitchen workstations in a clean and organized manner
- assist with inventory control and ensure proper storage of food items
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
