Job Requirements

  • must be willing to work weekends
  • able to communicate positively, verbally and in an articulate manner
  • ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • 1+ years of line cook experience a plus but we will invest in your training and growth
  • ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • multitasking skills, good knife skills
  • valid responsible beverage serving (rbs) card
  • ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
  • reliable transportation to work

  • 1+ years of line cook experience a plus but training provided

Job Duties

  • maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards
  • clean, receive, prep, and stock product before, after and during service
  • uphold sanitary food handling practices according to restaurant standards and health code
  • communicate positively and hospitably with guests and team members
  • follow established menus and recipes
  • multitask efficiently during shifts
  • use good knife skills
