- One to two years experience in culinary or food service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to observe and report significant changes in resident needs
- Compliance with local and state food service regulations

- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
Job Duties
- Provide healthy food for residents
- Maintain dining service standards including meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of dining rooms and kitchens
- Report and communicate issues or concerns related to food service
- Observe and communicate changes in resident status, needs, or preferences
- Follow work, safety, and administrative rules including local and state requirements
