Job Requirements
- 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment

Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies, ensuring proper inventory control
- Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index, ensuring food quality and time standards are always met
- Maintain a high level of communication, understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items, and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service
- Answer, report to, and follow instructions and direction from Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or other leadership
- Properly clean and break down station at the end of service, ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, leadership, vendors, and guests
