Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casual dining environment
  • Must be 21 plus years of age
  • Food handlers card certification required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate food preparatory equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casual dining environment
  • Must be 21 plus years of age
  • Knife skills required
  • Grill and fry experience
  • Comfortable with food preparatory equipment such as slicers, processors, etc
  • Food handlers card certification required
  • Knowledge of beer and food pairings
  • Full-time position available with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
  • Prepare, cook, and plate all food
  • Maintain standards for keeping the kitchen and facility clean and sanitary
  • Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Be punctual, kind-hearted, and patient
