Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or relevant cooking certification
  • minimum 3 years of high volume institutional catering experience
  • proficiency in sauce and stock preparation
  • ability to follow HACCP regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to read, write and speak basic English
  • strong organizational skills
  • compliance with all work rules and regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow HACCP regulations when preparing food

  • review production sheets to confirm specifications
  • prepare complex recipes as per guidelines
  • oversee portion size and control expenses
  • ensure proper sanitation of work station
  • communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
