Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50 lbs up to 20 times per day
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- Willingness to follow food safety guidelines
- Reliable and punctual work attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
- Lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Ensure cleanliness and attention to detail in all kitchen tasks
- Follow established principles of respect, integrity, and ownership in the kitchen
- Deliver quality food to meet guest expectations
