- Prior experience as a line cook or in a culinary role preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Take every opportunity to amaze the guests by preparing food items using quality predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner
- Provide high-quality, attractive meals to guests in the banquet rooms, restaurant, lounge, and room service
- Set up stations with the predetermined mise en place required
- Have thorough knowledge of menus, standard recipes, and preparation methods
- Prepare all orders on a timely basis
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all applicable operating procedures
- Operate and clean equipment properly
- Promptly report all maintenance issues
- Properly receive and store food and deliveries
- Consult with kitchen management and other related departments
