Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between early morning and evening
  • Understanding of food safety standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and hospitality values
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Educate residents and team members on healthy food options
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
  • Ensure all food is presented up to the Gold Standard
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to provide excellent dining experiences
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
