Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience working as a lead cook in a high-volume kitchen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Food safety program certification or food handler certification
- Able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to stay on feet for long periods of time
- Willing to work weekends and holidays

- Assist in menu planning and food inventory management
- Monitor and maintain proper food storage and handling practices
