Job Requirements
- A passion for delivering Gordon Ramsay's standards of excellence and hospitality
- previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- a solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- strong attention to detail to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency
- the ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- the flexibility and discipline to manage time and tasks during high-volume service
- experience working with a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven

Job Duties
- Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
- manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed
