Job Requirements

  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • a solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices
  • strong attention to detail to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency

Job Duties

  • Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
  • maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
  • manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed
