Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- ability to work flexible hours
- capable of standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- basic food safety knowledge
- willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent

- basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory and stock management
- collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
- participate in continuous training and development programs
