Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year experience in a related field
  • ability to work scheduled hours Thursday through Monday 10:30AM to 7PM
  • capability to follow health and safety regulations
  • willingness to work cooperatively with others
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and kitchen sanitation
  • reliable and punctual
  • commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year experience in a related field
  • previous food services experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • proficiency in food preparation and sanitation
  • ability to work individually and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • assist with meal and food preparation
  • maintain sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • monitor and record temperatures of refrigerators and freezers daily
  • utilize approved cleaning agents appropriately
  • remove trash and refuse from kitchen and dining areas
  • inventory food service items and supplies as directed
