Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience as a lead cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety program certification or food handler certification
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience working as a lead cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • Food safety program certification or food handler certification
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals using high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards according to regulatory guidelines
  • Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet Gold Standard requirements
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service
  • Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
