Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience including stir fry, deep frying, grilling, roasting, steaming, cold food production, and food presentation
- Proficient in professional knife-handling skills
- Experience following standardized recipes and accurately measuring ingredients
- Skilled in organizing and maintaining kitchen workstations
- Ability to correctly identify products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing English
- Strong math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook omelets and made to order eggs
- Cook fresh gourmet burgers and Philly cheesesteaks
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryers, char-broilers, flat-tops, and convection ovens
- Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Read and prioritize customer orders or tickets
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
