Job Requirements

  • work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • move about facility and stand for long periods

  • previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with other team members

  • professional appearance in accordance with dress guidelines

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure all products are stored properly at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets and eliminating waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
  • maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
