Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred
  • Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus)

Job Duties

  • Maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Clean food preparation equipment and work area
  • Organize, load and unload inventory
  • Put merchandise away
  • Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts
  • Ensure ingredients are stored properly and maintain inventory for the grill station
  • Fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as part of cooking duties
  • Cut or carve meat, assemble, measure, and mix ingredients for dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and wares used
  • Follow and maintain food safety and HACCP processes
  • Communicate daily with upper management
  • Monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • Empty trash bins in dumpster
