Job Requirements
- 3+ years industry experience
- Necessary State Food Handler's License
- Knowledge of specialized equipment including slicer, Robot-coupe, and convection ovens
- Knife skills
- Ability to adjust preparations for flavor
- Ability to accommodate customer needs timely
- Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
- Cook and plate menu items in a timely manner
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Present information effectively in one on one and small group situations
- Have working knowledge of all major and minor sauces
- Have working knowledge of meat and fish cookery
- Open and close individual kitchen stations
