Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years culinary experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Valid Food Handlers Permit
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, bend, grasp, crouch, carry and lift as required by the job
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Must work full-time
  • Must follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume / upscale kitchen
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and strong work habits
  • Strong knife skills and proven cooking fundamentals
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time to meet productivity requirements
  • Understanding of company programs, policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Stays composed and efficient during busy service
  • Must wear appropriate uniform and name badge and maintain personal cleanliness as prescribed by company policy
  • Establishes and maintains professional, courteous, constructive relationships with guests, staff and management

Job Duties

  • Execute dishes to specification with accuracy and efficiency

  • Wear appropriate uniform and name badge and maintain personal cleanliness
  • Establish and maintain professional, courteous, constructive relationships with guests, staff and management
