Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required
  • Great problem solving and priority setting skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Clean food preparation equipment and work area
  • Organize, load, and unload inventory
  • Prepare food for customers and maintain proper levels for shifts
  • Ensure ingredients are stored properly and maintain inventory of food items
  • Fry, bake, microwave, or grill meats and poultry
  • Communicate daily with upper management
  • Monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • Follow and maintain food safety and HACCP process
  • Wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • Empty trash bins in dumpster
