- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
- Able to lift 40 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our high standards
- Assist in the development and improvement of menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas including closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency
- Follow all sanitation and hygiene regulations to maintain food safety standards
