Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a related kitchen position
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety practices
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Present a warm, friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
  • Ensure lunch line is set and fully stocked prior to opening
  • Handle all grill work and fryers
  • Slice prime rib and assist in setting up all orders
  • Work lunch line, if assigned, as directed by Chef
  • Stock reach-ins
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude no matter what
  • Support Broiler Cook in preparing orders
  • Ensure a safe environment for Guests and Employees
  • Perform duties in a conscientious, company-oriented manner to ensure Guest satisfaction
  • Be passionate about working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Be available on all holidays
