- two years of progressive cooking experience

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a culinary role at a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to participate in ongoing culinary education programs
Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- collaborate with culinary team members to develop and improve menu offerings
- support kitchen operations during busy service times
- participate in training and development programs
