Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods
- Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks
- Execute all cooking responsibilities for line shifts, including consistent execution of recipes in prep, fry station, saute station, grill station
- Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness
- Maintain Intown Golf Club standards in cleanliness and organization
- Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards
- Identify and solve any problems related to food quality
- Maintain effective communication with expediter and fellow employees throughout shift regarding item availability, status of working orders, special circumstances
- Assist all other employees whenever possible with any tasks necessary for effective guest-focused restaurant operation
- Perform any task deemed necessary by managers for complete guest satisfaction
- Resolve any guest dissatisfaction or complaints with their dish
- Maintain honest, open communication with staff, managers, and owners
