Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Good physical stamina
  • Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Follow all safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely and quality food delivery
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support training of new kitchen team members
  • Monitor food quality and report any inconsistencies
