Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods in accordance with Guapos recipes and standards
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
- Measure and mix ingredients
- Wash, peel, cut food items
- Check the temperature of food
- Expedite orders in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Always adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines
- Assist restaurant staff with other duties as required
