Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a line cook
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and kitchen protocols

Job Duties
- Be responsible for producing food items on the dinner menus
- Ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money
- Communicate effectively with the FOH staff when issues arise either from their end or yours and find the quickest solution to the problem
- Ensure that all food items are prepared as per recipes while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
- Ensure that product is of sufficient quantity and quality
- Maintain a clean uniform and always be presentable in guest view
- Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained
- Ensure that a consistent, high quality product is achieved and maintained on all stations
- Ensure that all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and sanitized
- Communicate with delivery drivers about handling and quality of products as they arrive
