Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge
- ability to lift and carry food supplies and equipment
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications

- previous line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes exactly
- good communication and teamwork skills
- culinary school training is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
- set up station(s) with the predetermined mise en place required
- have thorough knowledge of menus, standard recipes, and preparation methods
- prepare all orders on a timely basis
- practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction
- adhere to all applicable operating procedures
- operate and clean equipment properly
- promptly report all maintenance issues
- properly receive and store food and other deliveries
- consult with kitchen management and other related departments on a daily basis
