Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
- physical ability to lift and carry kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
- maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
- passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
- assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- ensuring food is prepared according to proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
- collaborating with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- adhering to sanitation standards during the shift
