Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach repeatedly
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work weekends and full-time daytime shifts
  • Experience in salads, fryer, and grill stations
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year experience working in a restaurant back-of-house (BOH)
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
  • Outgoing personality and friendly demeanor
  • Competent in following recipes and build guides
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations including salads, fry, grill, and expo
  • Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Attend to special cleaning duties and ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
  • Communicate efficiently and be a supportive team player
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Exemplify the company’s mission and culture while delivering high-quality food
