Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- legal eligibility to work in the country
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math and reading skills
- reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare food items such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads according to Red Robin standards
- follow safe food handling and cleanliness protocols to ensure guest safety
- operate kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, and sauté pans
- maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- adhere to portion control and presentation guidelines consistently
- assist in receiving and storing ingredients properly
