Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • legal eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare food items such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads according to Red Robin standards
  • follow safe food handling and cleanliness protocols to ensure guest safety
  • operate kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, and sauté pans
  • maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • adhere to portion control and presentation guidelines consistently
  • assist in receiving and storing ingredients properly
