Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Physically able to stand up to 4 hours at a time, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Approximately 99 percent of time spent in standing and/or walking mode
- Must obtain and present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the allowed time
- Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare farm fresh menu items according to company specifications for quality and safety
- Ensure proper portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of dishes
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Achieve speed of service goals efficiently
- Participate in hands-on training and online courses
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
