Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a similar culinary role desired
- basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- ability to stand and maneuver for extended periods
- capacity to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
- ability to maintain professional relationships
- commitment to quality and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a similar culinary position desired
- basic kitchen knowledge and skills
- ability to execute knife cuts as instructed by chef
- knowledge of therapeutic diets and preparation
- ability to prepare assigned egg dishes and sandwiches
- culinary training is a plus

- ability to adapt to changing kitchen conditions
- commitment to safety and food sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare fine dining meals according to Wellmore and senior living community standards
- follow all food handling, HACCP, labeling, and storage protocols
- maintain documentation of temperature charts and records
- collaborate effectively with front and back-of-house team members
- participate in planning and production meetings
- attend in-service training and education programs
- perform other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Director of Dining Services
