Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful

- Two years of progressive experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Strong communication skills
- Basic culinary techniques and knife skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with culinary team to plan and execute daily meal service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- Uphold Acts Retirement-Life Communities' food philosophy and culinary standards
