Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and company standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- assist with food prep and ensure ingredients are fresh, stored properly, and ready for service
- keep an eye on inventory and promptly report shortages or equipment issues
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
- ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is consistent in taste, quality, and presentation
- work collaboratively with chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure smooth service
