Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Food handling certificate required
- Ability to work late night shifts
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to remain stationary for up to 4 hours
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management and coworkers

- Works assigned scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Live and embrace American Social vision and core values
- Report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- Follow all image and appearance standards
- Monitor product supply and replenish stock when necessary
- Read order tickets and/or listen to dishes called to determine preparation needs
- Prioritize cooking and preparation times to ensure proper pacing of meals
- Accommodate guests' special requests
- Prepare food items using recipe, proper portioning, and cooking standards
- Use FIFO procedures to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
- Ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- Use proper cooking equipment to prepare food and complete orders
- Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and prep surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions
- Assist other employees as needed
- Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times
- Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- Provide complete and timely communication to other employees
- Conduct weekly maintenance duties
- Complete all tasks and duties requested by managers
