Job Requirements

  • must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, lift, and stretch occasionally
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple kitchen stations

Job Duties

  • Prep and stock all items needed for menu selections and weekly specials
  • use standardized recipes and presentation photos to prepare menu items and specials
  • cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations including pantry, grill, flat-top, pizza, and prep
  • label and stock all ingredients for organized and easy access
  • maintain cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler daily
  • perform utility duties when utility staff is not scheduled
  • conduct self professionally due to the open nature of the kitchen
